Natural result even over highlighted, dark roots and grey, evened it all out. I applied all over.
Wonderful product! I was nervous as my hair is a lot of grey and dark plus bleached areas, I have tried many products to cover the grey nothing worked, I wanted natural no amonia because the hair is damaged. I am so happy, it has brought my hair back to the closest natural original colour and I covered ALL grey! I will never use anything else on my hair again, so happy! 2 Before and after photos. It blended in with the lighter parts I had highlighted previously which were too blonde, it covered the horrible grey and lighted the orangey and very dark areas.

Really beautiful dye which I did not expect..
So far I'm very impressed! The application was easy and not as messy. The formula was a gel like formula which was easy to apply to my roots. The colour has come out nice and strong covering all my horrid greys! Yay! I have extremely stubborn greys and I was very skeptical at first since other hair dyes have not lived up to their expectations/promises. I took a chance on this dye given it's qualities and gentle options. Although the packaging is very 1920s! Never judge a book by it's cover 📔 I'm glad I bought it and tried it.

Great colourant without damaging hair
I read lots of reviews and did research before buying this product. This is my 3rd box and I think I finally found the right one. I start with the cons. The colours are very dark. I am normally medium/dark brown but I have to use 5N (Light Chestnut) because darker colours coming out black. This one seems to be a very good match. During colouring, cover well yourself and everything around you. It's a gel consistency so it splashes easily and leaves stains. Even removing from skin is difficult. Thankfully there are pros too. It covers grey hair beautifully and washes off evenly and slowly. I like the idea of mixing liquids myself because I can keep it for later. I just cover my roots so the one box last for 3 times for me which comes out cheaper then buying new product all the time. After washing out the colour, my hair feel very dry but they are nice and soft after conditioning. I like to do deep conditioning afterwards and my hair are soft, shiny and looking very healthy. They are naturally curly and the colourant doesn't affect my curls. The best pros is, that includes lots of herbals and less chemicals then other colourants. I will continue buying Herbatint and maybe will try mixing some colours for different effect.

Easy to use and leaves hair soft and shiny
I don’t like using chemicals to colour my hair so I went for this as it has less than the average dye. My hair is silver and white and I wanted a very pale blonde. It did a great job. But I just mixed half the ingredients as I have a chin length bob, and with rubber gloves just massaged it through my hair checking in the mirror that I’d covered all my hair. I’d done the strand test so thought 25 minutes would get the right colour. I was very pleased with the result but would probably do 20 minutes when I finish the last of the mixture, as I prefer it creamy rather than yellow. The mixture does your hair twice unless you have long hair, ie down past your shoulders, so it’s very reasonable too. It’s stayed in for over 3 months and I’m ready to redo it. My hair felt and feels silky and soft which is not always the case with hair colour. I’m Very pleased with it.

Great grey coverage, leaves hair super shiny!
I don’t write reviews, but I was very impressed with this dye, and hopefully it will help someone else who is looking into a more natural alternative to colouring their hair. Grey coverage is really good, personally I think better than the standard ammonia box dyes. My hair is really shiny after using. No smell to the product; standard box dyes make me feel dizzy. One box did full coverage of my mid-length hair. If I was just doing roots then I think you could get 2-3 applications from it. Only downside is it’s a little darker than I would’ve preferred, and shade range is a little limited, but overall I am really pleased with this product and happy that I found a more natural alternative!

Bright orange hair.
I've been dyeing my hair myself for many years. I bought the colour 7D golden blond hoping for a subtle change on my mid brown hair. I was led to believe it would look like the colour on the pack or maybe a bit darker. After using it my hair is now a shocking bright orange. I will never buy this brand again.

Good
I used this mixed with Herbatint 5D (Light golden Chestnut).Pros: It covers grey very well, the colour is very natural looking, it smells OK. It is recommended by a French report as being the least toxic of permanent hair dyes, and it has no ammonia, parabens, resorcinol, toulene.Cons: It doesn't have much red in it, so the colour was almost a plain brown, and I found it to be slightly too dark. Although after 2 weeks it started to fade a bit, and it became slightly redder and lighter. It is awkward having to mix 2 colours together, as the bottles aren't clear and see through, so it's hard to measure out how much you need. It would have been better if the 2 colours had already been mixed together, or if the bottles were clear and see through, with measuring markers on the bottles. It has a lot of PPD in it (listed 6th in the ingredients), and has peroxide (2nd) - but all permanent dyes have these chemicals in.
