The product is fantastic, as a ptc heater is cooled down really fast less than minute once shutdown avoiding any accidents, the rotation works fine and if lifted from ground the heater stops which is a great safety feature of u have kids at home.The only drawback is it is a bit smaller in size a bigger one would have eased to warm the room faster, the fan or blower can blow air upto 3 feets only and hence it warms up slowly.It makes absolutely no noise and timer facility allows us to turn it off automatically without disturbing sleep

The Warmex PTC 99N room heater is a cute looking vertical standing room heater. It is small to look at but it does heat up the room fairly quickly. I am using it in at the lower heat setting in an approximately 150 sq ft room. The 270 degrees swivel helps in heating the room uniformly. The package arrived early then the expected delivery date, was professionally wrapped in bubble wrap and arrived in excellent condition.One thing I am not sure about is whether temperature setting knob makes much difference in heat output. To me it feels the same level of heat irrespective of the temperature knob setting (minimum to maximum) or heat level setting (Level 1 or 2). Don't know if this is just my perception or actually there is not much difference in heat levels. I haven't actually measured the heat being produced at different settings.Update after about 2 weeks of use:The revolving function of the heater has gone for a toss. It has stopped swiveling. After following up with the customer service for 1 week, they finally sent a technician to fix the issue. After the fix, the swivel function worked exactly for two days and then it broke down again. It seems either their swivel design is faulty or the material they are using is of low quality. Changing my rating to minimum possible 1 star.Update after 6 weeks of use:The second time the customer service responded very quickly. Since the swivel function broke down twice, they took the heater back to their lab to take a closer look. The heater was returned to me within 48 hours with issue fixed. It's been working fine since then (almost 2 weeks now) with no issue.Update after 8 weeks of use:The swivel function is broken again. Again contacted Warmex about this issue. Initially they said they will send someone to fix it but next day Warmex called back and washed there hands off it. They gave the lamest excuse that since the product was purchased from Ambica Sales Pump Corporation (the seller on Amazon) and not from Warmex directly, they will not fix it. They basically said they won't stand behind their own products if not purchased from them. Because of this I am giving them lowest possible rating. Needless to say I won't ever trust or recommend Warmex products going forward.

The first piece they sent started making a little noise after 2 days. It was still working ok but sounded like the fan inside was touching something. Amazon promptly returned it and provided a new piece AT THE SAME TIME OF return. I didn't have to suffer without heater for a single hour. The 2nd piece has no issue. 5 star experience from amazon and 5 stars for product too.

Warmex is a good brand, we have been using since 2017. This is our 2nd purchase. The fireplace effect looks very fancy but overall it is a good product..only downside, once it breaks down difficult to get repaired.

Temprature control is worse. Product build is very mediocre. But usable.

Very pleased with the purchase. Product does what it is advertised for. All heating, fan and oscillation functions are working fine. I've been using it for a week now. So far so good. The product comes with a safety switch at the bottom so if it is lifted off a flat surface it automatically shuts off. That seemed like a very intelligent feature to me.

The worst product ever. Not even able to return. Make sure not buying any warmex company’s products from Amazon.Utter wastage of money.And the customer care department of Amazon is top on the level of stupidity.
