First of all, to all prospective buyers, I'll highlight the main differences between the SUPERB model and GO model which is not clearly highlighted and one has to go through the details to spot the reason for the Rs. 1.5k price differencea. SUPERB model has a Class 4 gas lift while the GO model has a Class 3 gas lift. Class 4 is more durable and can support higher weights. Since gas lifts are usually the first to fail, so it is better to invest in this.b. The SUPERB model has a metal wheel base, while the GO model has a nylon wheel base. The nylon base is not bad and will last for many years, but definitely a metal base will be more durable.I am using the SUPERB model. Here are the the pros and cons which is being written after 1 month of usage:Cons:1. The lumbar support is too protruded, even at the minimum setting. I tried adjusting it in all possible vertical positions, but could not find any solution. This was starting to hurt my back and I was starting to feel extremely annoyed and was losing focus on the task due to the nagging pain. The entire back of the chair comes assembled and I couldn't figure out a way to remove the lumbar support. Finally I decided to contact customer support and (this is a pro) they replied in one day with a video on how the lumbar support can be removed (attached with this review). The video given was for a different model chair, but it works for this model also.2. The assembly process is definitely a 2 man job, especially if you don't have a stool which is as high as the length of the chair back which comes pre-assembled. What I need to highlight here is that the bolts are not provided with any washers. So what happens is that when you tighten the bolts which are metallic, you can observe that the bolts will start crushing the screw holes in the chair back slots which is made of hard plastic. So before you assemble, it is better that you purchase small metal washers (12 nos) from the nearby hardware store (take a bolt with you) which will cost you less than Rs.30 but may increase the reliability of the chair.Pros:1. The packaging is very good and all components were well packed and protected with clear instructions on the assembly process.2. The tilt mechanism (both seat and back tilts together as a single piece) is very versatile with a tilt lock provision, which is very useful if you want to lean back and read something (provided your table has a footrest).3. Once I removed the lumbar support, the chair is very comfortable and even after sitting for hours in a fan cooled room with relative humidity above 65%, there is no sweat accumulation and it feels nice and cool.4. The customer care responds quickly (in 24hrs) and provided the solution by the next day.

It is very good chair easy to assemble thought it took me 2-3 hours to assemble but it was because of my first ever assembly of any productThere is an allen key given to screw the nutsIts tilt mechanism and seat comfort is very goodArmrest are comfortableonly one thing is missing that is Tilt Lock at any angle between 90 to 135 degree.No NEED TO SPEND EXTRA MONEY ON ADJUSTABLE ARMREST !!!!!!!.

I have been using GS New York High Back Chair for a week now, bought it for 8.9k and here are my initial impressions.I was using Wakefit Draco High Back Chair for the last 1.5 years, bought it for 6.2k on Amazon in Dec 2021 and thought of buying another office chair for my wife. For reference I'm 5'6 and 70kg.Seat Comfort: The seat is wide with good thigh support, felt very comfortable compared to Wakefit chair. I am not saying that Wakefit is bad but this is one is better in terms of seat comfort.Back/Lumbar: I think this is Achilles heel of this chair. I have felt that the lumbar support was too intrusive even at the least setting, had to remove it completely as it was getting really uncomfortable at the lower back and started having back pain within 1-2 hours of sitting on it.Armrest: I felt that armrest is little bit at the higher position than I am used to on Wakefit chair even at the lowest setting but was comfortable enough while working.Lift/Tilt: It is okay, nothing amazing to write home about.But one major design flaw in this chair at this price point which is not mentioned anywhere in the description and also most of us overlook is that the back is directly connected to the seat without spring mechanism making the base seat tilt up when you lean back. We will be on our toes when we lean back as the thighs move up with the seat which is weird because you don't get to sit with feet completely on the ground while leaning back making it uncomfortable.Conclusion: Not really worth the price of 8.9k and it is better to buy office chairs from offline stores where you can sit and try according to your comfort. And then decide which one to go with.Update after using for 2 months: -Started having shoulder and back pain, not using it anymore.PLEASE AVOID THIS AND LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!
