So far so good
as of today 4 April 2023 I've had no problems ( had for 4 days so far. I bought it 1 April !) with games I've tried work well at MAX - high setting Fallout4, GM2 cyberpunk 2277, state of decay2, and Grounded . SWTOR didn't work at first then click a setting in the Intel app about using latest setting for games and working Great. this is with an AMD Ryzen™ 7 5700G 32g memory @1080P. Was thinking about an AMD 6600 but wanted to try something different and we need a number 3 in the GFX market.

Great performance for the price. Only DirectX 9 or above.
Performance is great, especially for the price (~£200 at time of writing)To be aware of: Must have Re-BAR (resizeable BAR) on CPU and motherboard for it to be effective. Only supports DirectX 9 or above, i.e. some older games will not work.Example of performance: Runs Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 at mix of high/ultra graphics at 80% of 4K between 20 and 30fps. Seemingly the 8GB memory isn't an issue even at those settings.Drivers are constantly improving which shows good commitment from Intel.

A good card but Intel need to keep on top of new drivers for it to be worthwhile.
Purchased for gaming and after a few minor problems it was up and running, I have the 16 GB version and have found the frame rates to be good at around120fps or higher on Destiny 2 and as an added bonus Intel were giving a copy of MW2 with the card so a win-win for me.

Not production ready, that's for sure.
I purchased this GFX card mainly for multimedia use, i.e. light video editing and a lot of photo editing. The two main applications I use both have issues when using this card - DaVinci Resolve and DxO Photolab 6.With DaVinci, for example, the fusion effects in the final output appears jittery and jump. The same exact file rendered using the iGPU takes longer but gets correctly rendered. With DxO, their DeepPRIMEXD noise reduction simplt does not work, corrupting the output file.To make matters worse, the seal on the product box appeared already broken when I received the item. Some good points are that it has AV1 hardwar encoding support, thought the output is again buggy in DaVinci Resolve. Also the card may be built cheaply but it does look nioce and professional with black matt finish. The card is definitely not production ready (as of May 2023) but it may improve with better drivers in the future.

Currently the king of budget gaming GPU's.
Drivers have gotten better and better. Using this card in July of 2023. I genuinely think this is now THE best budget gaming gpu in the market if you're shopping 1st hand.

Work as an Intel Beta Tester
I'm using the Intel Arc A750 in a new Windows 11 build with an ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI II Motherboard, AMD Ryzen 5 5600 and my old 1920x1200 monitor. I bought it as it seemed like the best value card available.I fired up Steam, and I tried Portal for old time's sake, set everything to max and disappointingly the game was very juddery. Using the recommended settings, it ran well.I then ran up Wolfenstein Youngblood, largely because it wouldn't run with my previous system/Graphics card. I set the video to max (mein leben) and ran the first internal benchmark, average 183 fps, min 134, rather impressive. The game ran well, until I (very quickly) got bored with it.So I think the card passed the gaming test. Unfortunately, it has some other problems/irritations. Sometimes the PC crashes completely when starting a Youtube video. It seems to happen when you've got a few Firefox tabs open, but I'm not certain about the reasons. I've got 3 Windows 11 systems, and the other 2 have been completely stable. The control app 'Intel Arc Control' spews out a bunch of completely useless messages each time you start the computer. At least it did, now it just freezes up on its intro screen, I think because it doesn't like a PCIE3 card I added for an extra USB riser. Another Intel app needs some fettling to suppress useless messages. Intel needs to get some better app developers. The card seems like a work in progress, and I sometimes feel like a Beta tester - it's just that rather than being paid, I've had to fork out £250 to work as Intel's tester.Would I buy it again? No.

HDMI problems
These cards seem to have issues with multi-monitor HDMI output. If you have a display connected to DP and one to HDMI then the HDMI screen loses sync and flashes, or may remain blank after boot unless the cable is removed and reinserted. This has been reported by many users and is related to the chip they use to handle HDMI.There is no full fix, the best fix is an active DP to HDMI converter but that usually stops HDR from working making these card bad for an HTPC setup. There is also a high idle power draw issue, where they draw up to 50w of power all the time whereas an AMD or nVidia card will draw maybe 10w. There is a fix, but its doesnt always work.Such a shame because gaming performance is good and AV1 encoding is very fast, but the problems meant that I had to return it.
