Excellent depth and fit
I purchased the regular ones to begin with and then I purchased the double flange set. The regular ones are fine for just sitting on the ear and are definitely better shaped than the originals that come with the V 5200, but the double flanged ones are absolutely, spot-on perfect for someone with small ears who wears a headset all day at work using it for calls.The double flanged not only helps block out external sounds so you can hear the caller better, but it also is just enough longer than the regular style that it fits INTO your ear, stabilizing the entire headset.Comfortable to wear, excellent fit. I am VERY pleased with this purchase.

Fits the plantronics(poly) plt 5200/5220 as suggested.
Fits the plt 5200/5220. Comes with a small plastic case to secure eartips when not in use. Just change out by the manufacturer instructions or watch a YouTube plt 5200 review they also cover removing and replacing eartips. Upon installation just roll the tip to compress it and insert it into the ear. They fell way more secure and stay in place better than oem eartips, block more noise, and because they lock in there is no worries of getting one stuck in the ear canal. which will save you an ER visit, ive seen others that come with an adapter and they slide on and because the bad experience I had I will never own anything like those again so this product is the perfect complement to the plt5200. It also fits into the charging case perfectly. The seller/shipper sent it out right away, my order was received before expected. I recommend these and will be ordering again.

These don't stay in my, therefore they don't work for me

They work well
I like the way they direct the sound into the ear canal. Comfortable, have work for hours at a time with no issues.

They make a great fit
These earbuds make a great fit instead of the OEM earbuds that came with this Voyager 5200 headset. For my ears, at least this works wonderfully well.

Easier to fit in my ear than the factory ear tip
Easier to fit in my ear than the factory ear tip. If it felt more secure I would give it all 5 stars, but they make using my bluetooth earphone more comfortable that the original ones the came with it.
