Good value but taste disgusting
You get lots for the money and they seem good quality and although they are small tablets, they make me gag! I really don't have a problem taking tablets but these bubbly up quickly so you have to be quick swallowing them. If hit the back of your throat, they taste awful like baking powder! I wish these were in a capsules, then they would be perfect.

The media could not be loaded. These made me very poorly sick and dizzy and they were out of date

Dangerously high dose
This dose is too high to be safe. The tolerable upper limit is 40mg a day (including what you get from food) according to the National Institute of Health. 'Tolerable upper limit' means the most you can have before it becomes dangerous.These pills are 45mg each. No wonder they made one of the other reviewers sick. Really glad I double-checked if the dosage was safe before taking them. Can't believe these are allowed to be sold.
