Good price, good quality. Almost 2 years later and still going strong. The track rarely gets off-center but when it does, it is super easy to adjust with the included tool. We use it almost daily and it is sturdy while still being easy to move around if needed because of the wheels in the front. The included remote control makes it easy to adjust speed and start or stop as needed. We always keep it out, but if you were tight on space I imagine it would roll underneath a bed to store easily enough.

Really great and fantastic product; we love walking on it every day. It also has sleek, modern organic feel that makes your home warmer. Had a question for customer service, and very promptly responded and got me an answer. In addition, provided support for the treadmill. Very happy for the customer service and the product.

We liked this walking pad and used it every day for 3 months. Sure l super easy to get your steps on while watching TV. The rear roller broke and started making a lot of noise. We got in touch with customer service and they sent a new one.

I was sooo excited for this walking pad. Sleek, good reviews, not so tall either.When the box arrived I noticed it had been opened prior and retaped. I took everything out and realized it didn't have a remote so I couldn't start it. The walking pad also had oil stains on the belt part and was cracked at the top. I contacted customer service who responded within a day and offered to send me a new remote and a replacement walking pad.In about a week and a half I ended up receiving a brand new walking pad that came with the remote and worked very well! I've been using it for two weeks and am very pleased with my purchase.The replacement remote unfortunately didn't pair with the old walking pad so I ended up giving it away on craigslist.All in all, I'm very pleased with my purchase and the customer service.

As someone who works in front of a computer all day -- sometimes more than 12 hours at a time -- a walking desk is a game changer. In an ideal world, every office worker has the option to use a walking desk. I'm able to walk as much as 12 miles a day despite working all day, and I'm actually more productive. On work trips when I don't have my walking desk, I notice the difference not only in how I feel, but also in my productivity.I also love Bifanuo in particular. Though there are other brands with similar walking desks, I've always foun Bifanuo's customer service fantastic. They are quick to respond, efficient, and very reasonable. They seem to actually care about their brand and customers, and find creative solutions. The opposite of most customer service, where it seems like customers are the antagonist.Would absolutely recommend!

I was one of the first people to purchase this treadmill a couple years ago. There were no reviews yet and I was hesitant, but I loved the wooden element as it would fit the aesthetic of my office, and I decided to take a chance. I immediately fell in love with It! I used it almost every work day for a year and a half, logging countless miles. Unfortunately, I decided to move my office into another room and lost the remote in the process. I emailed the seller and they were so kind as to send me a replacement remote immediately. The customer service has been incredibly responsive and kind. Cannot recommend this product or company enough!!

Works great and is small enough to store under the couch

IMPORTANT NOTES TO CONSIDER:The listing here says 265 lbs., the manual that came with the treadmill says 220 lbs.The seller says the walking belt surface is 17" wide. It is less than 16-1/2" wide. I measured it.This will not roll under a bed unless you have a large clearance. My bed has 8" of space underneath, and due to the treadmill having to be rolled at an angle, I can partially roll it under but at a certain point the wheels will no longer make contact, and I have to scoot it the rest of the way.I'm disappointed - I chose this treadmill because the seller said the walking belt width was 17". It's not, see my photo.It arrived in perfect condition, the remote is easy to use and you can mute the annoying beeps. I chose this wood-trimmed treadmill since it's much nicer-looking than the plain steel ones, and this is going in the master bedroom - it looks very nice with my existing furniture so it's not an eyesore.The motor on this is super quiet. The belt moves at a constant speed, no hesitation. I'm 5'4" and there's plenty of length to the belt for my stride - however, if you are tall - maybe 6 feet or taller - I'm not so sure unless you have a shorter stride. Might not work for you if you have a shorter torso with longer legs unless you take smaller steps than you normally do.I've had constant issues with the belt staying in the center. I can get it centered using the allen wrench and then 5 minutes after walking on it, it has moved over to the left. Again. Again. And again.I so much wanted to love this treadmill, but I just can't. I ended up returning the treadmill due to the belt not staying centered no matter how many times I adjusted it. Very easy to return and UPS picked up at my house.
