The energy boost is initially very noticeable, but the acute effect levels out after a few days. I take it to support mitochondrial health as part of a larger vitality regimen. Everything together gives me sustained energy from early morning throughout the day. As with any biohacking, you have to spend time, money, and mental energy figuring out what works for you. And find a doctor who understands what you are doing and is willing to advise you on this and anything else that isn't mainstream. They may not always approve, but they will hopefully keep you from doing anything foolhardy. Don't mess around without having a good doctor in your corner.Do yourself a favor and buy a pre-mixed solution like this. The solution still stains anything it touches, but will be much easier to handle than powder. MB is an MAOI only at high doses, but I still wouldn't mix it with anything that also boosts serotonin, especially prescription SSRIs. In most cases, low doses will be very safe. Look for 10 drops to be approximately 5mg. The margin of error is not significant enough with that rule of thumb to cause problems in otherwise healthy people. A therapeutic dose will be enough to turn your pee just slightly blue then wash out within a day. No need to go above that.

This stuff is absolutely 100% amazing. If you think you may have mitochondrial damage, and you're feeling sluggish, don't waste time, buy it immediately. This doesn't repair it I don't think, it just assists the mitochondria in delivering oxygen. It's also anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and antioxidant. Using this with a healthy diet, and exercising a few times a week, and not eating late at night has helped this 45-year-old man go from tremendous suffering to actually start enjoying my days. Of course this is only short-term, but I'm going to keep trying.

I received this marvelous product WITHOUT the "Dropper" so I was BUMMED for a short while as the seller produced the Dropper within days of the request. Methylene Blue is Magical

I guess it's working? I take 10 mg which is about two full squirts of the eyedropper into some water.I'm not sure about the increased cognitive abilities, but I have noticed my dreams are more enhanced and life like and I also, in the early morning twilight of my dreams, I have recalled with great detail peoples names and places from 50 years ago for absolutely no reason at all. I've also noticed some other apparently increased cognition and brain function.Still not 100% sure and this is certainly not a scientific finding, but I ain't trying to stay open minded about it, no pun intended.I initially started with three squirts of the eyedropper into water, which is about 15 mg and that got my brain pulsating and sparking far too much too quickly.Brought it back down to 10 mg and I've been maintaining that for about two months. I bought a second bottle after I went to my first one already. We'll see if I grow a third eye.

I waited 6 weeks of use before this review. This stuff is REALLY helping with "CFS" and all the other ills associated with that, ie. depression, terribly brain fog, loss of personality, muscle weakness, desire for anything except sleeping and planning my funeral JK...amongst other things. It has fully compensated for coming off of Wellbutrin 150mg that I have been on for 20 years. I waited a week after stopping Wellbutrin before starting and I haven't had any unbearable "lows" at all in 7-8 weeks of no Wellbutrin. I put the drops in Vegan capsules. Filling up the longer half of the capsule is 10-12 drops worth so I take 2 capsules 1x a day so far. I'm going to up that dose starting today to 3-4 capsules (12 drops each capsule) which is the lower "ideal'ish" dosage for my weight so anywhere from 0.5mg-4mg per KG of weight is the range of dosing. 1 drop is 1/2 mg. I'm 198lbs which converts to 90kg so that is 45 drops= 1 drop is 0.5 mg/kg of weight. That's still on the lowest end of dosage calculations. There have been some days I have felt extra tired and not energized by it but it does have a detoxing effect so don't be discouraged by that. I had that more in the beginning of use and has lessened since. Drink more water and I also take Redmond's real salt when I'm drinking more water so that the water/salt solution is actually entering my cells and flushing cells and not just going out my body via kidneys. (Basic cell osmosis). Some advice with using Vegan capsules, only fill one capsule at a time and take it immediately because the vegan capsules start to dissolve rather quickly so you CAN NOT make several capsules up at a time. Unless you can find stronger capsules. I am also sticking to a plant based low fat diet to help facilitate detox and hopefully rebuild by gut microbiome that has been basically destroyed from my childhood on with BIG FARMa antibiotics and other useless meds.
