The tablets are good. Our labrador has been on them for years and although he was expected to have issues with his joints from an early age is still skipping around like a puppy at 8 years old. However for the first time ever I had to pay customs duty which when combined with post office charges increased the costs by over £13.00. Amazon should ensure that overseas suppliers pay this even if it is included in the price. As a minimum customers should be told customs duty is payable on these goods.

Our family always have had large dogs, such as Fila Brasilieros and Mastinos. These breeds are known for their heavy build and therefore they may get problems with their joints later in their life. Cosequin was recommended by several vets here in the Netherlands as one of the few products containing Glucosamine that had proven positive results and the lab testing reports to show for it. Since we use Cosequin for our dogs their problems with joints diminished or disappeared entirely. Our dogs stay healthier and more lively even when they get older. When they are on Cosequin there is no need to give them drugs such as pain killers and (although we cannot prove it) it seems that they suffer less from arthritis.

Switched to these from a different brand as my Lab didn't like the taste of the others no matter what we tried. He'll take these no problem in his food so they must taste okay and have the added bonus of containing MSM which I have read is the best combination. I have seen a definite improvement with his walking on these. I did a lot of research on the combination and dosage of ingredients before buying these and they are one of the best I found.UPDATE 12/12/2017 - Reordered and this time charged £12.57 (inc admin fee) Import VAT which I didn't expect.

5 stars the tables, the results are excellent and certainly saw a deterioration when they ran out and went on to Lintbells. What is not good at all and not made clear when ordering is the £13.15 fee for customs charge! Fuming.
