How did you guys install the end legs? There is no way to rotate it so I can't put it on

You need to start building the two left legs and two right legs from the bottom up. There is a single support bar that connects both of the two back legs. With someone helping you, this single support bar, which goes under the bowl and tank, will help stabilize both sets of legs until you can build it up above the tank and ready to install the first shelf.
