I was recommended pine pollen by a friend as I am trying to change my diet and kickstart a healthier living. Alongside cutting out meat and as much dairy as I can, I’ve taken to pine pollen to add in water or tea. It works well in both and has a pleasant natural taste. I compared it to other online ones because i didn't want to get a crappy version and this was worth it. It was like less than £10 which is cheap. I put 2 spoons in water and it's strong enough but also not overpowering. I don't have anything to compare it as it's my first time trying pine tree pollen to really but as a standalone product I have zero complaints.
