Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (PS2)

Harry Potter & the Prisoner of Azkaban for the PS2 is a Stunning Great Game. The movie game features more spells to cast, and you can even switch characters in gameplay as well. Harry and his friends try rescuing a escaped convict known as Sirius Black. He tries to resolve and unravel the mystery of the fiendish sinister ghosts known as dementors.

A good game with plenty to explore.

not the best game ive played, but its okay. Theres freeroam and flying buckbeaks fun. Theres loads of puzzels to solve using the characters and the chance not to be harry.the eye toy games arent okay.But nfortunatley it lets itself down you cant go back to a level youve completed, the puzzels get annoying, and no quiditch, theres not much replay value either. The games best to rent as you can give it back when its done. Worth plaaying but not worth buying unless a potter fan.

this PS2 game takes me back to Christmas 2004!! it's when i first got it originally but it stopped working, so I bought it brand new from Amazon and do not regret my decision!! :) good game to play, and as they say, classics never die!!

I remember playing this game when I was younger so I was really excited to buy it again! Unfortunately it doesn’t work. Keeps freezing every few minutes and unless you’ve saved it you have to start from the beginning. Very disappointed

This is not the best of the HP games. The graphics have improved in some ways and got a whole lot worse in others - the faces are redrawn and facial movement is really good, but it's at the expense of depth and content. The castle feels the same as the new film, and it's drawn well but there are bugs in this game that will drive you demented, and to add insult to injury, the non-played characters nag, endlessly, ceaselessly, whatever you're doing they want to do something else, and if the someone happens to be Neville Longbottom, then you'd better have celery stuffed in your ears because he will make you say rude words at him <mode=nasalwhine> "can we gooooo now? I just want to go to bed" There wasn't the build up to the main adventure this time, just when you think the main gameplay is about to start, that's it, over. The conclusion is weak, even though we know it's a climax to the story as told over so many installations, the gameplay ends so simply that it left me feeling cheated.It feels as if a lot of the game content was dropped to make room for eyetoy™ stuff. Well I don't want extras tacked onto a Harry Potter game - I want the game, as meaty and juicy and good as the last two, and I'm sorry, but it's just not. It isn't there, they didn't do it. I'm not recommending anyone rush out and buy it, rent it instead.
