Pain-free first steps in morning
Having suffered with plantar fasciitis for several months, I thought I would give this a go. Pleasantly surprised by it’s effectiveness. The first steps out of bed, usually excruciating, were much better after the first night of wear and pain-free this morning (only the second night of wearing). I’m still getting pain in the day but this has significantly helped get my day off to a better start. Yet to have a good night's sleep, however, as it is a bit cumbersome! But I’ll take that for now...

Extremely uncomfortable hard to wear
I don't know how these boots are supposed to feel as I've never warn one before. I obviously have plantar fasciitis, but I also have fibromyalgia and potential Multiple sclerosis. I suffer from wide spread pain anyway but this boot was agony. Im a size 7 shoe although the boot is a 6 it doesn't really matter as there's no front to the boot your toes just hang over the edge.It fit my foot snug, was extremely difficult to put on myself but again I'm disabled so will probably be easier for most. Obviously it holds your food at an angle holding your toes upright. 10 mins is all I can bare before it feels like my food is on fire and I have to get it off. There's not a chance I'd ever be able to wear it while sleeping, I have no idea how people do. That being said everyone is different. It held my food securely, was easy to adjust and there are clips on the side meaning you can set the adjustments first time and you will only need to clip in place every other times. I can't comment on whether it works or not since I can't keep the thing on my foot 🤣 seems good quality and like it would last a while. I hope it works for other people

Pain free since using this.
I'm always a bit sceptical about glowing reviews but I thought (as the price is reasonable) I would try this for my plantar fascitis. It has been a game changer. Took a few days to get used to it before I could wear it through the night, but it's worth a bit of perseverance. After three days of all night wear, I hardly know I have a problem. I hesitate to say I'm cured, but I can walk without discomfort (5 miles +), and it's no longer painful when I get up after sitting down for a while. This splint might just have saved the walking summer I have planned.

maybe not so good
I used it when my plantar fasciitis was in full bloom last summer and it was good as it did not let me foot bend or twist but it was also extremely hot in the hotter days. Now that my Plantar has quieted down I still tried to use it once or twice but my foot gets numb and I have to take it off in the middle of the night.Maybe when my foot was hugely swollen it was holding it ok but now it seems to ride down my leg even though I have tighten all the possible straps. I have very small foot so maybe it is also that this is not the size for me (even though it is the smallest)

Perseverance
The good bits: very adjustable and a good fit. I have small feet and the sock type splints don't keep my foot at 90 degrees, let alone lift the toes slightly. It's worth trying out different tensions to get it right for you, everyone is different. Not so good: No matter what I tried I couldn't use the lowest strap, the one going across the top of the foot. I ended up with numb toes every time. But by adjusting the other two straps and the side tensioners I could achieve a very comfort fit.End result, for the first time in about a year I could stand up in the morning with no pain. This is after one complete night with the splint on. The pain returned during the day, but I'm hopeful at good results over the longer term.

Sizing is wrong and seller is unhelpful
I take shoe size 5, so ordered the foot brace that was supposed to fit up to a 6.5. It took nearly a week to arrive and when it did eventually reach me, and I tried it on, it was hopelessly small. Not just borderline small, but so small it ended at about the point where my toes join onto my feet!I requested a return--and the seller, Happy Feet I think, approved my return and supplied a return label. Good, you'd think, but no. The return label was just an address label and had a statement on it that I'd have to pay for postage, to return something that wasn't what I'd ordered!I contacted Amazon who were very helpful (once I managed to track down the option to speak to someone!). The lovely person there sorted out an immediate refund for me, of the full amount, and said I was welcome to keep the brace or dispose of it as I preferred. I'll be donating it to a charity shop in the hope that someone will be able to use it.Incidentally, if you've read this far, I've found a really useful thing which has helped improve my plantar faciitis: it's a textured foot roller, which I have reviewed so you should be able to track it down by looking at all my reviews. It's a cheap, simple, and amazingly effective tool which is very easy to use, and within a few days it had almost cured the pain I get from PF. Well worth a try before you buy yourself a foot brace!

Poor quality
The velcro straps have already started coming off, the stitching is rubbish. It doesnt hold your foot in place and the heel slips up. The plastic clips dig into your foot, very uncomfortable.

Definitely helps
Suffering quite badly with plantar fasciitis so have looked at multiple aids including bespoke insoles. This boot really helps in the mornings. If you can to start, try and wake about 2am to fit it on, this will ease you into stretching. It isn’t ever going to be overly pleasant but it’s helping to ease pain and stretch the problem muscles that plantar fasciitis causes.
