Bought this item for my horse, however it smells so amazing I'm literally going to take some home to make some fragrance items. Very satisfied with this product!

This Orange Peel is really high quality. The scent is amazing and the pieces are very consistent in size. The amount of product is also very good for the price.

I use orange zest granules for many recipes and this was a new brand for me. The flavor of orange is almost undetectable and the aftertaste is awful. It has a weird chemical flavor that even my husband commented on. If you compare the photos you’ll see what they put on the bag and what actually comes out of it. Tons of white peel from the orange and very little zest. I’m going to give this product a 👎and recommend you choose another brand. I’ll be going back to The Spice Way brand I purchased previously. Won’t make that mistake again.

I really like this product; I used it this holiday season in breads with cranberries and it added just the right amount of orange flavor. Sometimes, you just don't have the time to rasp fresh orange zest; this product does the trick then!

I bought this product to enhance 'orange' flavor in baking goods. It only had a faint orange taste, as you would expect dried orange to have. I added it to an orange scone recipe. It was bitter and the texture was not good. tastes like little rocks in the scone. dried the recipe and did not add the flavor I was looking for

A good substitute for citron which seems to be hard to find lately. For cooking plump-up first with a small amount of hot water (or rum, lemon juice - whatever you have on hand). This one pound will last a long time!
