Great yoga mat - fold up to put out of the way
This mat is thick and comfy for floor exercises. I needed ti to help me with stretches and exercises to recover from a back injury. Works well. Folds up to put away. Much more portable/stowable than matts the roll up.

Easy to use
This is perfect for my at home workouts and easy to take with me to the gym. It is the perfect size and I like that it is foldable. Only gave it 4 stars cause it is pricy. I had gotten it on a sale.

Comfortable yoga mat
This is genius! It’s so much better than the rolled mats. And can have numerous applications in your fitness routine. Quite comfortable and portable. Most yoga mats are no different than being on the hard floor. These are thin enough for various floor routines yet offer enough cushion to make those routines more comfortable to complete.

Best Mat I’ve Ever Tried!
I’ve tried many fitness mats over the years, but the Stakt Mat has completely changed the game for me. The foldable design is genius—it makes it so much easier to store and provides added support for my knees. It is super lightweight but still feels sturdy and premium. I am really excited about this mat!

Bad for yoga. Good for core as a cushioned mat
This Matt has no grip and cannot hold your body for basic poses like downward dog without your hand slipping. I learned after ordering this that the company makes a second version of the mat that has gripper so you do not slip, but this is marketed as auntie slip, when in reality, it is not so don’t make the mistake of ordering it and wasting your time and having to return it like I dis. Also, the material of this thing is cheap foam similar to those puzzle piece floor mats people use in at-home garage gyms. This can be a good mat for doing core like sit-ups, forearm planks, etc. However, this will not cut it as a yoga mat because your hands will slip.
