Very good melatonin, very effective. I sleep like a baby (a baby that sleeps all night that is), waking up refreshed in the morning. I haven't notices any offensive taste and they are easy to swallow.I highly recommend this product. Good night all...

A bit too strong
You know how they warn you that over-the-counter products are untested and you have no idea what’s in the bottle. Well, I’ve tried melatonin in the past but this particular bottle I have to take it by 6 PM otherwise I’m a zombie till about noon time the following day. There has to be more in the bottle than just melatonin. I guess I should send it to the FDA.
