I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this soap. I'm a 19 year old male I never had that much acne in my teens, but I used to use proactiv is a preventative medication for acne. I could tell that the benzoyl peroxide was making my face look older and unhealthy (dark rounds under eyes, wrinkles by the corner of eyes when I smile when I was only 16. Then I switched through random drugstore facewashes and potions and such for years until I was late into my age of 18 I started using "natural" face products (Daily Power Scrub Facial Cleanser For Men - 8 OZ - Face Wash + Energizing Toner + Exfoliating Scrub All-In-One - Natural & Certified Organic Ingredients ALTHOUGH I did like the moisturizer which might actually be all natural, while the face wash wasnt (Age + Damage Defense Facial Moisturizer For Men - 4 OZ - Soothing Aftershave Lotion & Anti-Aging Cream Hydrator In One - All Natural & Certified Organicwhich I later found out was not really ALL natural, it just used SOME natural ingredients (what a marketing scam). These products worked fairly well (still had minor breakouts) until a few months ago. I tried to wait it out because I really like their brands appeal but my skin became HORRIBLE and I had the worst breakout I've ever had so over Christmas break for college I attacked my face with the AMAZING Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay Deep Pore Cleansing, 1 Pound and Bragg's ACV of course DAILY over Christmas break. I started using this soap along with witch hazel (Thayers Alcohol-free Rose Petal Witch Hazel with Aloe Vera ~ 12 oz) as well and my skin cleared up COMPLETELY. I'm sure the clearing up could be thanks to the clay BUT I stopped using that because I'm back in the dorm after January 9th and here it is January 29, and I have not had a SINGLE pimple since then. I owe this to this AMAZING soap and the amazing witch hazel I attached. I apply the witch hazel with organic cotton pads. I first wash my face with this in the morning and apply witch hazel, then I do the same at night. Make sure you keep the soap in a soap tray to keep away as much bacteria as possible. I LOVE that this product is ALL NATURAL. COMPLETELY NATURAL. I love this soap. I bought the fugly version because it's a better deal and they were literally just almost normal sized bars in a bag.

So I have really sensitive skin and scalp. Extremely sensitive. Like baby skin. And there have been many times where a product has caused adverse reactions in me. From hives to hair loss and everything in between, commercial products have maimed me time and time again. I have decided to no longer put synthetic chemicals in or on my body. I started learning the power of plants and plant medicine. I only use organic products and if you have looked at organic products for a split second, you will see the price difference and that can be off putting. I was slightly nervous about spending $20 on a bag of soap. The price for this bag seemed a little steep compared to the $3-$4 dollar packs of 6 at the store but this soap is lasting a very long time! They come in generous portion sizes, I got 6 bars in my pack and I have not even went through the first bar. I actually prefer the rough, imperfect cut of the products as it makes it look and feel like homemade soap. It has a spice scent and the Turmeric really comes through. It makes my skin feel really, really soft! Like super, silky! I am a lifelong customer now and I have also tried one of their shampoo and conditioner bars (see that review) but needless to say, I was pleased with that product as well and plan on buying more. I have told my real life friends and family about this brand and I plan on buying other scents as well as another "fugly" pack just to pass some out as gifts. Give the gift of health :) Your skin is the largest organ in your body and you absorb everything around you. Feed it good stuff. Don't put chemicals on your skin. I think it is worth the price! Highly recommended :)

This soap smells so good! A nice gentle clean smell without being too much. It has pieces of oatmeal in it too so it's great for a very gently exfoliation. A must buy!

The scent is pleasant and minty. The scent doesn’t fade like other soaps do after they sit a while and the bar lasts longer than other natural soaps I have used before.

I have really bad acne and I use this soap on my body and face. Of course, I still have breakouts and pimples but that's to happen it's just so much more manageable than before and they go away quicker as well.I also have dark spots on my face from picking (even when i do it frequently they still fade away pretty fast) I have noticed a dramatic diffrence especially with the use of vitamin c serum & a scrub glove used gently.As a black women I also have hyper pigmentation on my underarms, inner thighs,elbows, knees, and unmentionables. I have noticed a diffrence in those places. I use a African Net on my overall body & regular Scrub Glove on my inner thighs, basically anywhere there is hyper pigmentation.As for the scent, it smelt like a peppery scent out of the bag but once you shower and lather you won't smell it or smell it in the air.I love this soap and it has been the closest I have ever had to "clear skin". - this product in less than two weeks , using it twice or three times a day on my whole body is doing wonders . my back is clearing up , my dark marks are lighter on my face (all i use is this , witch hazel w/ rosehip water & natural shea butter . biore exfoliate twice or 3 times a week & oxy pads only when i exfoliate) & even my eczema is even getting better ! i definitely recommend !- as far as moisture, its more hydrating then castile soap but less than dove . a good medium- i got about 8 or 9 different size bars . some regular block size , some less than an inch thick . which is fine because its all natural and a POUND of soap for a good price .all in all , i will be buying again ♥️
