Exact replacement for OEM
Perfect match for my GE Refrigerator. Watched you tube video to see how to install. Motor works very well.

Lots of Misinformation Here
The OEM fan that this is a direct replacement for was originally a 7 blade fan. The new one is a 3 blade. While slightly noisier, it does have better airflow. Having used Nidec in the past on medical and test equipment, I've never had a failure before, but I also haven't placed one in a high humidity low temperature environment before. I'm surprised at this application as it really does seem a weak point in the system, and it's probably good to have a spare one on hand. Replacement is easy enough and no need to remove the housing that holds the fan. It can be removed by just pulling it forward enough to access. This would normally be a $300 or more repair job from a tech so this is a bargain for just a few minutes of time.

Loud noises
This fan does fit and the wiring is correct, however after about 6 months the fan started making a very loud noise whenever it runs. I tried adding the fan boot that wraps around the fan but that didn’t help.

NOT OEM or as pictured
The delivered fan was not OEM, labled "Nidec" as pictured, or made in Vietnam as pictured. But, I needed it to fix my GE Refrigerator so I was not in a position to return the famn made in China. It is installed and working fine with no extra noise. As long as it lasts, I am good but I don't appreciate the misleading description.
