Motul8100 X-Clean 5W40 Synthetic Oil 5 Liters (102051)

Been using this oil for a 2017 Camaro SS that has a lot of work done for the past 3 years. Works amazing. Cheaper than most other oils, and bit more thicker specially since I live in the south west where it's hotter.

Arrived quickly, exactly what Mercedes requires for GL350 diesel engine, however it takes 10 liters per oil change. Two five liter bottles were placed in a cardboard box with a sheet of brown paper, the bottles were in plastic bags. One bottle survived the trip, the other bottle burst, there is oil all over the driveway, in the garage and in the grass, no oil left for the oil change. Contacted Amazon for replacement, waiting to hear from them. At this point they want the damaged bottle shipped back!

Best oil in for your performance vehicle. Most oils just don't cut it. Whether it's hitting the track for lap days, A spirited drive on your favorite roads or the point A to B.

If you own a vehicle that requires Dexos2, and you want something to serve as specified by the severe duty requirements - this is going to be one of the very few Dexos2 5w40 oils available in the USA. You're lucky as is to be able to find a Dexos2 approved 5w30. Motul is a solid brand and has been in my life since the early years of dirt bikes go-karts, I'm excited they came to market with something that can provide better protection for my 2018 2.8 Duramax, than a standard 5w30.

My feeling is that the oil in your engine is comparable to the blood in your veins.....if you needed blood, and the options were standard, or premium, which would you want? Not saying that everyone wants to pay the premium price, but for me, it's an investment.....

Great oil, no issues with it at all. Seems to burn oil a little less due to the thicker viscosity.

This oil meets the requirements of the Gen 3 Ram 1500 ecodiesel. Great product and beats having to go to the dealership.
