Ortho Molecular - FloraBoost - 51 g (30 Servings) Powder

My previous review: This springboard probiotic was recommended to me by a GI doctor. I took my 5 month old boy to see him because my son had c-diff. He was going diarrhea a lot and I wanted to avoid further use of antibiotics. This cleared it up. In fact, I ran out of it for a couple days and I could tell that his poop was getting worse. When I received another container of this, I gave it to him and saw immediate improvement. I give it to him on an ongoing basis.Updated review (July '18): I couldn't figure out why my son's poop was getting bad again and thought maybe I needed to switch up the probiotic. To make a long story short, I finally purchased this from an actual dr's office and it states right on it that this item is not available through Amazon.com. It's fake. The real product is wonderful and about $23.

We've been giving this probiotic to our baby girl since she was about 3 mos. old. Pediatrician suggested starting her on a probiotic regimen and after some research, I settled on this brand. After 9 months of straight daily use, I can happily report that my daughter hasn't had a day of stomach issues (no constipation, no stomach ache, no explosive surprises when started solids) and even when we were forced to give her antibiotics they sat well on her little tummy.Dissolves easily with any liquid or baby 'solid' food. Now that she's 1 but not interested in cow's milk I've been mixing it with her morning fruit yogurt or fruit smoothie.Very satisfied and always coming back for more (like now and decided to leave a review.)

Tends to be difficult to mix, doesn't dissolve well.

So far so good. Doesn't really disappear in a bottle like formula does. Lots of grainy leftovers in the bottle even after constant mixing. Hoping this helps with my daughters constant colds. It did stop the gastrointestinal issues she was having within 2 days

Like the product just not enough in container. Used up within a week for 3 kids.

I ordered this for my newborn son coming in February. Received item in January with expiration date Feb 2017. Very disappointed

My son takes this every morning in his oatmeal along with a vitamin drop from enfimil. Ever since I have been giving him both of these products he has not gotten sick! I also give him homemade yogurt for lunch which is full of even more good pro-biotics!We are so thankful that he has been healthy on this product!!!

I do like this product but like some other people have said it doesn't mix well. You can mix it in your kids juice the night before and by morning shake it up and it mixes just fine, or you can add it to smoothies and popsicles, sprinkle it on yogurt or even cereal. And it works, it helps regulate their little tummies and build their immune system.
