Ultra Fun For My Family
My kids are all teenagers 14 and up and I really don't see any content that I consider only 17+ as indicated on the box. I can really only recall one curse word on one card as I type this and it isn't what I would call overly explicit. There are lots of illustrations but they are cartoonish if at all gory. When reading the descriptions on the card accompanied by the cartoonish illustrations they really seem quite tame to me though I am sure some would disagree. The game itself follows two things. The first the Rick & Morty cartoon on Adult Swim. I personally had never watched an episode before playing this game though I had heard of it. I am sure it is as outlandish as the game (which isn't a bad thing). The second thing this is based upon is the Munchkin game franchise by Steve Jackson games and basically follows the same rules as all of the other games in the Munchkin franchise. I view the entire franchise as a sort of game universe. Many of the card decks for the other games in this universe can be used as add-ons for this game and vice versa. You need at least 3 people and no more than 6 to play. A game can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour in our experience but durations will vary some depending on how many players. The rules can be a bit cumbersome at first if you have never played before but they get much easier the more you play. We found that you can only read the directions so many times before you just need to sit down and play. I promise you will figure it out. If you miss a rule or two while learning it really is no big deal and you will still have fun.

A Wonderful and Fun Game for Nerds
I learned this game on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles version and loved it! As Disney nerds, my wife and I had to get this version. It can be fast and it can be slow and strategic, but always fun!It didn't take long for me to learn, but those unfamiliar with stat cards and equipping may come against a steep learning curve.

A nice play
This box was really fun to play. It does bring in new items, like parasites, and I think leveling up is slightly more challenging than the original. But it makes for a longer game. The cards are really funny and the character cards are neat; they have their own specials.

Fun!
Classic Munchkin with all your favorite Disney animations references. No Pixar in this one. Really fun but takes the whole night. Better to play with someone who is already familiar with all the rules and interactions.

A worthy addition to the Munchkin line and a great starting place for newcomers.
This is a great addition to the Munchkin line of games. I have used it with both Adventure Time and Marvel Super Heroes and it works very well. So, in a nutshell, it is another Munchkin game. I won't go into much detail about what Munchkin is all about, but in a nutshell, this is a competitive game in which each player is a character from the TV show that is trying to achieve level 10 in the game. Each character has a unique ability in the game and on each player's turn, you get to reveal an enemy card and if you are able to defeat the enemy, you pick up treasure and go up a level (or more, depending on the level of the enemy). You equip arms and equipment that is taken directly from the TV show, which makes you more powerfiul to face more powerful enemies. Now, Munchkin is a game about a little strategy, a lot of luck and to be honest, try the hardest to complicate things to the other players, so it is harder to win. So, on each combat turn, the other players may be able to complicate manners by powering up the enemy or bringing more enemies into the mix. This version of the game is hilarious, with some cards making great use of TV show lines or items and also, it has great cards that make use of real life things in your room to complement the game (like a card that reduces your levels in the same number of TVs present in the room). This game has a new mechanic, which are the parasites, a new type of enemy that adds to the mix of enemies of Munchkin if you plan to mix it up with other games. It also provides character classes that are new to this version. The reason Ii don't give it 5 stars is that for a game based on a show about multiple realities, I found it really negative that this version of Munchkin didn't include dimensions (or dungeons as they called in regular Munchkin). Dimensions should be integral to this Munchkin, so I imagine they are planning an expansion. But, at least for me, it works great with Adventure Time Munchkin.
