BNTECHGO 18 Gauge Silicone Wire Kit 10 Color Each 5 ft Flexible 18 AWG Stranded Tinned Copper Wire

This is my review of Bntechgo’s Silicone Wire (30 gauge)I received 10 strands with each one being 10 feet (3 meters) in length for a total of 100 feet (30 meters) of wire.I use it in the lighting of bookshelf dioramas and small models, and it is perfect for my needs. It is tinned copper, and it is easy to strip off the coating (silicone rubber), plus the tinning of the copper wire makes it easy to solder.Do one simple thing firstThe wire strands come rolled up and secured with a Velcro strap. Remove the strap and carefully find the ends of the 10 strands, then gather them together and carefully unroll the wires. That way you will not have any tangles, and because these wires are so thin, tangles can be a real problem to deal with. In addition, I put a hook on the wall and draped the unrolled wires over it. That keeps them from getting tangled, and gives you easy access, when needed.I did not have a chance to check out its use in hot-and-cold environments; however, the coating is silicone, and that material is known for its ability to operate in extreme temperatures, high or low.One of my included photos shows a diorama that I made, but I did not like the lighting, so I redid it, using this wire and some LED’s.Good reliable wire.

Very nice looking color insulated wire. Flexible but seems to be durable. Nice for the price.

Very flexible Used for my truck gauges

Good wire and true gauge size, I just didn't realize the silicone cover was as soft as it is. Works fine just be cautious of surroundings it may rub against. I have no reservations using it in our CNC's on our machines.

Easy to solder. Insulation is easy to strip and does not melt at soldering temperatures. Very soft and flexible wire in multiple colors.

This wire is great, multiple colors allow me to trace the wiring from start to finish. Each switch gets it's own colors, this makes things easy especially when wiring into a relay panel first. Insulation is soft and flexible and accepts crimped terminals well. I Just wish I would have purchased the lower gauge wire at the same time, I'd be done by now.

There may be wire inside this, but it's flimsy. This is not useable as craft wire, it's just string not wirey at all.

Arrived on time and in excellent condition. Even came with a velcro wire wrap. Which I shall be using to secure all my loose cables. In fact I may look to see if they sell them separately. Thank you

Ich bin äußerst zufrieden mit dem Kabelset. Das Rot ist ein wenig "blass", aber die restlichen Farben sind top. Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist hervorragend, lediglich das auseinanderfummeln der einzelnen Kabel ist am Anfang ein wenig nervig. Es gibt trotzdem 5 Sterne, da ich die Kabel an sich so überzeugend finde, dass ich sie jederzeit wieder kaufen würde.

Bought these for Wilmshurst brushes, they were okay.

Perfetti tutto corrisponde alla descrizione ottima qualità del filo e del silicone. Multicolori secondo la descrizione. Prova saldatura è stata ottima.

State creando qualcosa con il vostro raspberry pi o arduino e volete sapere quali cavi comprare?Questi dannazione!Vanno bene per tutti i collegamenti per i vostri piccoli grandi progetti a basso voltaggio (da 24v in giù).Solo pro, nessun contro per questo prodotto:- i cavetti sono morbidissimi e rivestiti in silicone; questo vi consente di muovervi serenamente senza paura di staccare saldature sui pad o compromettere il vostro prezioso e traballante lavoro;- all'interno del cavo ogni singolo filamento di rame è prestagnato. Mo', non so voi, ma una delle cose che odio di più è saldare i fili di rame con lo stagno, oppure doverli stagnare.- Si spelano con una facilità mostruosa: prendi un paio di pinze scrause e orribili, pinza dove vuoi spelare, tira. Tutto qui. Fantastico!!- una volta spelati, essendo in silicone, durante la fase di saldatura il rivestimento non si ritrae, consentendovi di fare un lavoro pulito e non avere cavi spelacchiati scoperti qua e la. Tutto ciò riduce notevolmente il rischio di contatti non desiderati e dunque l'uso della colla a caldo (che comunque amo alla follia! W la colla a caldo!);- i cavetti sono di 10 colori diversi. Ogni cavo è lungo 3 metri, cosa con scritta in descrizione, per un totale di 30m.- arrivano, come da foto, arrotolati insieme e chiusi con una comoda fascetta di velcro.Insomma li adoro e vorrò sempre e solo comprare questo tipo di cavi.Unica pecca se vogliamo è il fatto che non siano stati separati in bobine o confezionati come in altri casi in cartoni forati per un più facile utilizzo. Non lo ritengo un difetto, però. È semplicemente una scelta atta a mantenere basso il prezzo.Ok finito! Vi saluto geniacci! Create, Inventate e fate i bravi!Ciau attrezzi!
