Perfect for weight loss
I am using this product for my weight loss and this product is helping me to reach my goal . I am using this product in my coffee as well as in my salads also and the flavor is also good as compared to other weight loss substitute and this is actually working. MCT oils are expensive but this product is cheap and good . Value of money. I will definitely buy this product again

make sure there is no smell, it should not smell rancid - that is very unhealthy
I WAS SENT RANCID OIL, IT SMELLS HORRIBLE AND NOT LIKE IT SUPPOSED TO BE. Normally this oil is very good!

Probably not MCT oil - smells like plain coconut oil
This product smells like coconut oil and none of the other MCT oils that I have used in the past have smelled like this.I think this is just a regular coconut oil that has been packaged and sold at a higher price.

Can't recommend
Smells like very old coconut oil gone bad. No manufacturing date or expiry date. Disappointed.
