For example, if your hair is 14" and you want to create a 20", then we recommend you order 2 packs. If your hair is 18" and you want 20", we recommend you 1 pack is enough. Hope this helps you.

Can I return hair extensions after opening up the box (breaking seal on the box) to colour match my hair

You can't unfortunately as it says on the packet. There is a little window on the packaging the extensions com in that can help colour match without opening, hope this helps. However if the package has been opened I would recommend messaging rhe seller
