Can i change the lights myself, i mean led, are they replaceble?

I have not looked to see if you can change the bulb, I shall have to look in my instruction book. To be honest, that had not occurred to me. If not, then it won't be a lot of good if it has to be replaced all the time the bulb goes. It is LED so it should last many years.

Yes, it is very convenient to use and not too heavy. My grandparents used it all the time, like reading books or pharmaceutical ingredients. Also, my kids can use it to get a closer look at plants or insects. Inexpensive and worth buying.

Will this offer me greater magnification than my pair of reader magnifying glasses?

Without knowing the strength of your reader magnifying glasses it is difficult to answer the question. Ignore the 30x as this is only a separate small glass really only for close up inspection work. The main 10x glass with inbuilt illumination provides a very clear reading experience much better than the magnifying reading glasses I used to use as they were only 3x magnification. The inbuilt stand is also very useful for hands free repair work.
