They are very good for a quick meal..

Lots of potatoes
Required to add salt and pepper to bring out taste. Very few scrambled eggs to be found but number of potatoes overwhelmed the bowl. Sausage tasty. Since purchased 3 will try adding cheese next time.positiveis this is a quick breakfast

So upset got home found styrofoam box our opened it to find everything defrosted I want a refund so disappointed if packages in hot ice would never come out that way!!!!
