Excellent Customer Service
The chairs are very nice. However we had a flaw with 1 of them. The return window had closed. We contacted the company and they went above and beyond to take care of us. 10 out of 10...

Lovely chairs
Love the chairs, beautiful comfortable with a classic look I only gave four stars out of five though, because a small part of the wood at the bottom of my chair broke within the first week of me using them

Too short for traditional kitchen island /high dining room table ! If you want to return you have to pay for shipping . Waited a month to open package , and noticed how short they are 😫😫😫 I’m stuck wit these chairs I have no use for! , and the seller says is too late to return!

LOVE them!
I looked for a couple of months for tufted counter stools that would blend well with my dining furniture. The problem was the crazy prices I was encountering or not so great reviews. I found these on Amazon and the price averaged about $155 each! What a great price! The reviews were also very positive! I’m so happy I ordered them because they checked all my boxes! After reading all the reviews, we knew to make sure we had the legs in the right place, try to have an extra set of hands- and that an electric screw driver was going to be helpful (but not required). My husband and I put all 4 together in less than an hour. I also want to compliment the customer service! The chairs come 2 in a box. We ordered 4. The boxes got separated so we’re not delivered together. The company followed up within minutes of us reporting the problem to Amazon. They tracked down the other box and it was delivered within 3 days of the first one. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

No problem with assembly
These stools are great very comfy and look nice. I didn't have any issues with assembly as others stated. I will say the angles flip around in the directions but yeah par for the course with assembly of online delivers. If you use a drill you can knock them out fast, I had all 4 done in less than a hour and I get distracted very easily. Anyway they are nice I'd recommend.
