Shape and craftsmanship
The glass used is not goodand lacks sparkle and clarity. the shape though attractive has roughh edges, the crasftsmaship leave much to desire. The big drawback is that it holds hardly 125 ml and cleaning the inside bottom of cup is an issue as it is very narrow. The tea/ coffee gets cold fast even in warm September weather of Delhi. Overall an average product

Super quality
I ordered twice. It is good quality and sturdy. Being transparent you can enjoy the colour of the tea along with the taste.

Pathetic quality
Looks like fake brand. The cups are very low quality and seemed to have small cracks that would split open after a few uses. I returned it. Does not come in brand packaging
