It may be more of an old fashioned style wax and slighty harder to apply than some of the modern coatings (don't let it dry hard beffore buffing it off so best to do small sections at a time) but it is very inexpensive compared to most and with the natural Carnauba gives a great long lasting deep shine. I have used many of the expensive waxes over the years but have returned to this as my standard with just as good results as anything at a fraction of the cost.
