Great Machine; Watch Video!
Though this sturdy printer came with directions, they were a bit simplistic. A little more detail in the drawings would help. We watched an online video on how to load the printer paper and met with success on the first try. Great value for the money!

Very frustrating purchase
Never got to use this because it was issue after issue. Either “paper jam” error or “ribbon out” error even though neither was happening. After getting through those errors, all I could get was another error. The directions included were bare minimum. Trying to get help from Hiti customer service was impossible. After 3 days of trying to figure it out, I sent everything back. The entire purchase was nothing but a waste of time.

Paper jam!!!
I purchased this printer because I wanted to upgrade from my Canon Selphy CP1300I finally was able to use the HiTi P252L at graduation party last night.Pros. Prints at 12 seconds, a lot lot faster than the Canon Selphy printer. Excellent print quality. The paper and ink ribbon is easy to install.Cons. Several paper jams and it tore one of the ink ribbons. This printer should come with a repair kit, seriously. It seemed to jam after 15 - 20 prints. Make sure to bring scissors and tape to your events so can repair the paper and ink ribbon.

Unreliable
Hate this printer went to an event and it kept crashing, paper mismatch errors, breaking the ribbon (so common there are videos on how to repair). Now I have a line across my prints and Hiti tells me I have to send it in for repair and I won’t have it back in time for my next event a wedding I booked a year ago. I hate this printer. Had the p510 worked flawlessly for years. I’ve had this 5 months used it 5 times and can’t trust it.
