Neat little travel kit
This is a neat looking little travel kit that has all the "traditional" repair essentials. The kit does smell of cloves, so I do suspect that it might possibly leak, but I keep mine sitting with the bottle pointing up to minimize that effect.I use mine as a prop display. Corrosion-X is my preferred metal treatment for bare steel, but CLP or petroleum jelly will also work well. Petroleum jelly is a greasy mess, Corrosion-X stinks (but works best),and CLP has a distinctive odor that isn't entirely unpleasant.This would make a terrific addition to any katana package - along with a standard, simple sword stand and a sword bag.

Came exactly as pictured. The powder ball was in a bag so as not to spill out in the box, the oil was closed tightly no leaking, everything fits back in the box rather easily, it's nice they included a few extra wooden pegs in case you need to replace and everything including the carrying box is sturdy and well made. Very pleased

Greating cleaning kit but what do you do about the cloth
The cleaning kit works great but exactly what do you do when the cloth is dirty what do you handwash it or something I would like to know.
