I have been taking this 3 times a day for about 2 months (along with around 20g pumpkin seeds) and I have found it really effective for reducing number of trips to the loo. Will definitely order again.

The media could not be loaded. I researched for natural alternative to help with bladder weakness. Pumpkin seed oil came up & seemed to promise less leakage & urge frequency.I have used for a month but have personally not noticed any improvement at all! Although my hair & skin are looking lovely😊I was disappointed when I received to find out you need to take 3 x capsules to get 3000mg dose. So each capsule is only 1000mg which is extremely misleading on the packet making it not as good value as I thought! Works well for me. Good fir bladder health and cheaper than branded items. Easy to swallow. No aftertaste

Read an article that said pumpkin seed oil helped with hair loss, and I've been taking these for about 3 months now, 3 a day, and wow they really work. New hair has sprouted around my fringe and along the hairline to the side of my face and generally my hair feels much thicker. Admittedly I didn't have a serious problem with hair loss but just thin hair - can really see a difference (only thing I've tried that has actually worked), also my digestion has improved - just ordered more - highly recommended!!

The product im sure is good but you are not buying high dosage 3000mg capsule. 90 would be 3 months supply. When you read the small print on the back it states taking 3 capsules to get to that dose which means a 90 capsule pack is also just a months supply. I turned down 2000mg capsules in a 60 pack thinking these were 50% stronger and larger amount. They should show they are 1000mg and then recommend the dosage. Its deliberately misleading and i dont respect that. It states in large letters 3000mg and 90 softgels. The fact is the pack is 90,000 mgs as in 90 x 1000mgs. So be aware you aren't getting whats on the front blazen in gold! They are 1000mg capsules and theres 30 days supply on their dosage. Im sure they are good but no need for the round the house information. Will buy elsewhere in the future.

Very pleased with this product. Pumpkin seed oil has many benefits, one of which is to help with bladder weakness. In my research they say that after 3 months of taking it daily, you will see improvements. I can honestly say that after two months, I experienced a positive difference. I will continue to take it daily for more progress.

I personally did not notice any difference,... but probably you need to take it for a longer period.

Bought these to try for a week bladder instead of an expensive brand off dragons den. Work very well have seen a difference and can recommend. Works most notably at night and I don’t have to get up as often
