This thing lasted me forever. It is a very good blend with the whey protein in it. The protein is very lean and the shakes are easy to mix. There is no residual chunks or texture. However, it is not filling at all. My favorite flavor is the chocolate.

This was the best value that I could find on protein powder. It tastes great and the ingredients are perfect. With milk it takes like a thick ice cream shake, with water it tastes like sweet milk. I have enjoyed it much more than I thought I would for the lowest cost on Amazon for protein (per serving).
