Flat wall results
I'm posting a review because all of the photos from other reviews seem to show odd configurations with recessed porches and the doorbell being mounted on a sidewall. Mine is on a flat wall and I was frustrated because I couldn't see all the way down my front porch with the 15゚ factory angle mount. I have a Box for smaller package deliveries at the end of the porch and I couldn't see it with the 15゚ mount. We usually leave the Box open and I wanted to be able to see if the lid was closed or if larger packages were left sitting on top of the Box or near it at the end of the porch. With the 30゚ mount only, not using the 15゚ factory mount I was able to get the perfect angle and see from the the far porch pillar all the way down the wall of the house to the driveway. My only concern is that it does stick out from the wall quite a bit. I understand the need for the need for the bulk on the back side due to the angle required but on the other side there is still 5/8 inch when 1/4 inch, maybe less, would have sufficed and made for less bulk. In summary, love the angle, quality seems good, just hope my Labrador mix doesn't tear it off the wall when she scratches at the door.

Simple and effective - about 1 week to arrive in UK
I installed a Nest Hello doorbell on my front door, having chosen it over the Ring equivalent simply because we already used another Nest cam and two of their smoke alarms. Although the Nest Hello comes with a metal wedge allowing an angled fitment, this is only provides a 15 degrees offset. In practice, this simply wasn't enough to clear my house's pale-coloured pebbledash render from the camera's view; as soon as it switched over to night vision, the infra red beam bounced off the render and caused the picture quality to be really poor.I searched around for an alternative mount which would provide a greater angle at which the Nest Hello would be positioned. There are not many choices here in the UK. The two main options appear to be:* a home-made 3D printed effort which required some drilling to accommodate the screw which secures the doorbell (and there were warnings not to place in direct sunlight in case it melts - er, it's a doorbell!)* a fully adjustable mount which looks good at first but is let down by the fact the wiring to the Nest Hello is exposed when fitted (i.e. easy for someone to tamper with)Looking further afield, the 'AirTech Home Automation - Nest Hello Wedge – White (Classic Pill) – 30° to 45° Angle' mount kept showing up in my searches. It looked great, but didn't appear to be available for purchase from any UK sellers, which was a shame. However, it was available for UK delivery direct from its supplier in the USA, so I decided to go ahead and order. The wedge took around a week to arrive, which is pretty good. It was simple to fit, though note that it required two additional holes (i.e. separate from those I had already made to fit the doorbell in the first place) to be drilled in the surface on which it is mounted. Aside from that, it was simply a case of switching off power to the doorbell, unscrewing its two wires and removing it from the wall, before putting this mount in place then reconnecting and screwing it back on the wall. Nice and easy. The Hello is mounted very securely, it all seems very solid and secure.Having opted to use this mount only, I now have my Nest Hello facing out at a 30 degree angle, instead of the inadequate 15 degrees I had before. This was just enough to remove that unfortunate pale render from the camera's view, and as a result, night vision is improved a great deal. You have the option of using the original Nest 15 degree angled mount in addition to this one, giving 45 degrees total offset, but that wasn't necessary in my case. There's a reason people rate this item so highly - its great.
