Very complete and easy to take
Very complete and easy to take These postnatal vitamins have helped me a lot in my recovery after giving birth. I feel more energetic and have noticed improvements in my hair and nails. They have a good combination of nutrients, especially iron and DHA, which are important at this stage. They don't cause stomach upset, and the capsule size is easy to swallow. Highly recommended for new moms!

Lovely probiotic- just wish they had more Vitamin D
These are lovely probiotics and I love that it's researched backed and made for nursing mom's. It's a decent price and it makes me feel like a better mom by taking it. I LOVE that it has lactation supplements in it too- that was truly a bonus- I def think as far as probiotics go this is the best for nursing mom's as you can kill take birds with one stone- especially if you struggle to produce milk. They really nailed it! BUT......I think this product would have been absolutely amazing, perfect and have more value to me if they added more vitamin D to it- at least 2000 IU like most other postnatalIt's well known that it's recommended for nursing mom's to supplement baby with vitamin D or take extra (2000-5000 Iu) so baby is getting enough. Sinve my little one doesn't take a bottle I am trying to take the vitamin D myself and research shows 5000 IU is best but this only has 15.I already take a prenatal on my doctors recommendation and that also only has 15 so this would have saved me from having to take a third daily pill it it had the extra vitamin DBut besides that I think it's amazing -I can't really say results yet as I've only taken two days- but will update any results or changes

Great post natal vitamin
Started using this when my second kiddo was a few weeks old and started day 1 post partum with my third. Helped my milk supply and little ones ability to digest my milk. I used this post partum instead of a pre natal. It didn’t give me the constipation that pre natals did

Woah lactation
I got these for help with my bowel movements postpartum and didn’t realize they had some herbals added for lactation boost. I noticed fairly quickly that I was producing very well. My little one is well fed and my freezer stocked with milk! The capsule itself has a bit of a fennel smell/flavor to it but the taste doesn’t linger and no weird flavored burps either.

Rash on my baby
3 stars because I really wish this worked for me and my baby. I was two months postpartum with a colicky baby when I switched from ritual prenatal vitamins to these. At first, it was great; my milk supply was steady, I felt great, no weird or gross after taste and my baby wasn’t having crazy spit ups anymore. I started noticing a weird rash on my babies tummy beginning after 3-4 weeks of drinking them. I thought at first baby it was the detergent, so I switched detergents and after a while no change. Some days it was so red and dry that I would want to go to the hospital but I didn’t scared that we would go in with one thing and leave with 10 others. So I consulted the pediatrician and two different pediatricians said that it was eczema. I googled eczema and it looked very similar so I switched his soap and lotion to aveeno eczema relief and it was working. They recommended I use it 3-5x daily as they thought my baby just had really dry skin. I thought it could also be a possibility because I have dry skin also. No matter how often I would use the cream, it would come back. So, I got even more concerned and did some research myself.. I started changing my diet; I cut out peanuts and milk (one at a time) and nothing… coincidentally I had ran out of these vitamins and ordered another bottle but it came broken (a big problem with Amazon delivery people - the bottle is glass so imagine..) so I contacted support and they were super helpful and are now sending me a replacement BUT it’s been three days and my babies rash has gone away for the first time consecutively and consistently.. his skin is back to normal, absolutely no redness or irritation anywhere not even around his thighs in between his rolls.. so I am writing this for any concerned mom noticing something weird with her baby.. you aren’t losing your mind, STOP drinking these and try something else. I am not saying this will happen to everyone but if you do notice something, trust your gut.. it’s time to stop or switch. I am going back to ritual which I was on my entire pregnancy and although the taste was horrible and the burps were a nightmare; it didn’t cause any rash for my baby at all. So good luck. If this works for you with no side effects on your baby while you breast feed then that’s great, keep drinking them but if you do notice something going on that is new.. it’s time to stop.

Love this postpartum probiotic
I love this postpartum probiotic. I was able to switch to this instead of using a separate probiotic and postpartum vitamin. I’ve been using it for 4 months now and feel great.

Prebiotic? I don't know, but the milk production is real
Does this does anything for gut health? I don't know. Jury is out. But I could feel noticeable increases in milk production. I'm a bit of an overproducer, but I could tell that after using these, there was a lot more production.
