Will this work if the faucet (and sink) is higher than the tank?

Yes. Faucet PSI will pull water and push water back into the tank. My sink is 30ft away and the faucet is 4 ft. higher than the tank. Works well.

How to Connect to no thread faucet

Most faucets will have a thread. If you see an aerotor on your faucet head, you have threads and will need to remove the aerotor.

Where is the pump? I dont see the squeez ball.

Just hook it up to your faucet and you are all set to go. To vacuum or add water

Can you buy replacement adapters?

What adapters are you talking anout? Haven’t had the need for adapters yet.
