Limited output, but perfect for some applications
Update: I'd recommend the 7800mAh batteries for the difference in price. They're not much bulkier, and they provide about 8-9 hours of charge at 1080/30 for a GoPro Hero 5 Black. I haven't tested them other than that so far but the 7 should be comparable.Note: Both batteries require a compatible camera case and cable to be waterproof.Previous review: I've been using these batteries for years to power GoPros, and they work great up to a point. If you're recording 1080/30 video using GoPro Hero Black 5-7 they're fine. They really don't provide enough amperage for 4K. They'll record, but you may lose the connection if you're using GoPro Quik. It seems the cameras shut down WiFi and Bluetooth if the voltage drops. I have no way of knowing if that's actually the case, but that seems to be the weak point. At 1080/30 with a GoPro Hero 5 Black, they'll record from 5 to 6 hours of continuous video. Using WiFi to view the captured image will shorten that considerably. I normally use a Bluetooth Remote GoPro app to start and stop recording. It uses far less power, and can sync several cameras.

It works but check your cables!
I purchased one of these and it did amazing so I purchased 2 more for my other cameras and they were not working. At first I thought it was the cameras. I started troubleshooting and running tests as well as reading the Q&A on the item page. I saw a handful of people in the Q&A asking how to make it work or saying it doesn't work with certain models of camera but every answer just said, "mine works". So I began using different cables (micro USB to USBc) low and behold, it worked! I think the cables that come with it are poor quality and have a good chance to not work so check your cables and consider buying your own. If you want this for underwater, consider a different product because the seal is attached to the cable and not removable.

Great alternative to the expensive bacpac
I took this on a night snorkeling adventure with stingrays in Hawaii and had it recording for an hour straight. No leaks, went down 1 "bar" and it still had enough power to last the rest of the week! It's a bit heavy but once you get it in the water with a good underwater stick, it's pretty neutral. I appreciate the fact that it also come with a bunch of different adapter plugs to use outside of the water too with things like cell phones and cameras. One of the few dual duty devices that I'm super happy with. The only part I dont' like about it is the tightness of the gopro mount. I had to shave the insides down a bit and file it with a nail file to get it to move freely when the screw is loosened. Otherwiise, build quality is extremely good. The battery life display is a bit ugly and weird but it works well enough.

Simply just doesn't work
I tried looking for a spot to contact the seller directly, so hopefully they will reply to this or contact me, otherwise I will be returning this item. Basically it just simply doesn't work. I got it and pulled it out of the box, no directions were included. I looked at it and it seemed simple enough, but also was surprised that there was only one usb port. I've never seen that before on a battery bank, I have several, but there was only one usb port, and no instructions so clearly the one port must somehow handle charging the battery bank and then also charging the gopro. I plugged the micro usb cable in and tried topping it off, and I'm not sure if it even charged, the charge light didn't blink or do anything. There is a button on the top that doesn't seem to do anything except a battery gauge. I thought it would be an on off switch but it doesn't seem to work for that either. I don't know if this ever got fully charged, there are 4 little pictures of a battery, one at full down to one at 0. I would assume if it was fully charged the led light would light up on the fully charged battery. The battery never got past the 3/4 battery (see picture) So first it didn't seem like it was charging and then when I tried plugging it into my gopro, it does nothing. The button doesn't turn it on or off, and it doesn't charge a gopro battery at all.

Great battery
Battery held full charge until I used it 6 days later. I used this with my Hero 3+ Silver and I did a 4 stop snorkel excursion and a fishing/ snorkel excursion out of San Pedro, Belize. I shot many pics and had over 3 hours of video with the LCD Touch Backpack and the battery still showed 2 of 4 bars remaining.I have a telescoping handle that is 3-4 feet long and the battery didn't feel heavy when the handle was fully extended. This is the best accessory besides the LED Touchscreen Backpack that I have for my Hero 3+ Silver. It worked as advertised and it was great not having to change batteries every 25-30 minutes.

Not as waterproof as it claims. Great battery when dry
I used this battery for a couple of months and had no issue with power or charging. I made sure I connected the waterproof connections correctly and went snorkeling. I was in the water for 5 minutes when I noticed air bubbles coming out of the connection on the battery. Not long after that the battery stopped working. Once I returned to the boat, water was dripping from the connection! No way to contact the manufacturer for help!Use caution when using this in the water!

Excellent Power Source for Action Camera!
I purchased the Suptig 5200mah Power Bank to power my Akaso ek7000 camera. I also purchased an extended power cord. I use this to film my kayak fishing trips. I waterproofed all my connections and it worked PERFECTLY!!! The camera has a 11 hour memory card and the battery outlasts that! I activate my camera once I launch my kayak and then I forget about it until I pull back in to load up. If the fishing trip is longer than 10 hours I still have plenty of power. The price is amazing for performance!
