These are really good hoses, this is my second purchase, love the flexibility and the way they resist kinking and come out of a kink should you get one.

Too many kinks in this rubber hose Product.
This garden hose is not up to my expectation. I am very dissatisfied with this product. First, the add on the Amazon website appears to indicate that the hose is flat when there is no water flowing through it. That is not the case. It is simply a regular rubber hose. The biggest problem I have had with this hose is that it kinks very easily and far too often thereby restricting or preventing the flow of water. I find this to be very frustrating. I would not recommend this hose to anyone.

Is it heavy duty, no. Is it one of the best hoes I've ever owned, absolutely. I really love metal hoses, but this one I use on all my hot water bibs. Never kinks easy to handle. Love it.!

Unwind first! Fill! Then perfect!
I've seen people having bad experiences with kinks in the line. There are two things that are a must for this to be the perfect hose, but it all boils down to filling it with water.1. The original package winding of the hose is twisted. You have to run the full length of it out, put the hose end sprayer on, then fill with water. The twists should unravel on their own, but if you have a very long hose you may have to counter twist. After that, you have to really try hard to snag and kink it.2. The hose has to be full when winding. Empty, the hose can twist and bend way too easily which will cause kinks when filling it with water. If winding on a hose reel, whether for the first time or just reeling it in, make sure that the hose is full of water first.We've been slowly (because they're expensive) transitioning our hoses to these because we've had better luck with these than a lot of the heavy duty hoses we've bought over the years.
