Bit is off center
I bought this a while back and put it aside for a proper project. Well, that was tonight and I noticed that while rotating, the tip of the bit was slightly off center, and for such a precise bit, that's not acceptable. Quality control, at least on this bit, has failed me.

This is the second time I have tried this bit. Cutting oak with 5% of tip radius for step over. Cuts great for the first few hrs then breaks off the tip. Another project for the trash. Thanks alot. Will never buy another bit here again.

I like the bit however I don't know the settings to use as I carve I get a lot of carved lines My program just calls for bit use I use a setting of 0.03125 for bit size
