Really effective
I can feel the difference when having it in the morning empty stomach before gym. It gives me sustained energy for working out . I have tried many other brands and this is consistent like the international brands Like Evolution Nutrition. I do IF and workout in fasted state. This does not break my fast.I combine it with 200mg of caffeine pills for better energy.
