Scope Throw Lever for Vortex Strike Eagle 1-6x24 Old Version Without Thread in Lever (See Picture)

Great product and a perfect fit for my vortex strike eagle 1x6 gen 1. A lot easier to change magnification on the fly. Get it if you have the older gen 1 strike again.

I love it. I was afraid this would not fit and grip like the Vortex brand lever. I added a blue loctite and snugged it up but not super tight. Went and shot about 75 rounds of practice and the lever seems ship shape. Good to go. Will see how it does thru competition season.UPDATE: Aug. 6 2017Lever has not moved one bit. I've been using it for local 3-gun matches at about two sometimes three per month....plus a little coyote hunting. I don't "throw" my guns into barrels but I do dump them really quick. The lever has two gouges at the very top and that's it (4th photo.)July 2020 Update:Lever continues to work great. I have not shot competitions in 2019 or 2020, but for varmint hunts and practicing 3-gun at home this lever is still working fine. I removed the lever in 2019 to clean under it, added a tiny dab of blue thread lock, and reinstalled. Awesome.I am planning a 7mm-08 build and will have another one of these levers for that.

The media could not be loaded. Very happy! I wrote a review earlier stating that the Lever that was sent to me would not tighten all the way, and instead it had some slop in it. Aim Assist contacted me right away and sent me a brand new one, which they personally tested themselves before sending it out. It came today and the Lever is awesome! It is tight and snug! MUCH BETTER! I cannot wait to take this to the range on Saturday!I appreciate Aim Assist's quick response, replacement, and personal testing to make sure I had the best product (THANKS JOSH!).I WILL BUY MORE IN THE FUTURE!I'll add another comment once I try it out at the range.*I deleted my other review because Aim Assist had EXCELLENT Personal Customer Service.* I believe that mistakes happen, but how a company handles it is whether or not they keep my business. I installed this Scope Throw Lever on my Strike Eagle 1-6x24 Rifle Scope. Installation was easy with only one screw to tighten. It looked and felt a bit fragile when I first opened the package and held it in my hand but once it was mounted it seemed like it was meant to be there. It was easy to reach up and dial in the magnification I wanted while still maintaining target acquisition through the scope. The rounded edges felt great in my hand and the oversized lever made it a breeze to change magnification, even with heavy gloves on. I'm glad I bought it and would recommend this Throw Lever to others.

Good quality. My only gripe is with the clamping screw is really short. I bought this to use on a Cabelas AR series 1-4x scope that had a diameter of 44.6mm and this lever would not fit. When I slid it on to the scope, the gap was to great for the clamping screw to bridge the gap. The screw is also an uncommon small size, so finding a longer replacement is a challenge.

This fit my Old Version Without Thread in the Lever, Vortex Strike Eagle 1-6x24 perfectly. Its made well of good material. ( 6061 aluminum ) The one negative for me, and this is just personnel preference is the throw lever it self is just a tad longer than I prefer. Standing 1-1/8 inches above the top of the factory throw lever. I would have liked it to be about a 1/4 inch shorter.
