Worth the extra cost
Love the color and no issues with sticking. So far worth every penny. Cleans up well with little fuss. Pan is heavier than most but still worth it. I would like a little larger size but this pan is nice and deep easy to make a one dish meal for the family.

My new go to pan
This is now my go to pan for nearly all my meals. It has some weight but not too heavy to be able to handle. The food cooks quickly and evenly then slides right out onto the plate. The lid is simple but secure. Cleaning is also simple, a quick wipe with the sponge and a hot rinse and it looks brand new. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Healthy cook ware
This is my fourth purchase of a Caraway product. The first is a 10" frying pan which I've had over a year now and gets used at least once a day on a Induction range. This pan looks and works the same as the day we bought it. Yes! you don't want to use high heat. Everything still cooks just fine. We really like this cook ware. looks nice, cleanup is a breeze, follow instructions and it will last a long time. No Teflon, food taste great. I'm very confident this Ceramic 12" pan will preform the same, that why I write this now. Cost a little more, but I think there worth it. Mark

Muted color, premium function — a staple for any modern kitchen.
This Caraway sauté pan fits right into a clean, elevated kitchen aesthetic. I chose the muted gray to keep the look understated against my other minimalist pieces — and it delivers.Performance-wise, it’s high-end without the fuss: heats evenly, easy to clean by hand, and looks good doing it. One thing to note — the nonstick coating really holds up if you stick to low or medium heat and avoid metal utensils. If you’re serious about form and function blending together, you’ll find yourself reaching for this pan daily. Check the pics to get a feel for how seamlessly it fits into a modern setup.— Curated by Jaded John | #OrderlyCleanDesign

Worth The Money
Oh my, I really like this pan. I may have cooked with it everyday since it was delivered. The key is relearning to cook at lower temps. Browns food nicely, evenly and one of the BEST non-stick pans I've ever cooked with. I like it so much - I may just buy the whole set, including bakeware. I can only imagine how well my baked foods would turn out! The pan is large enough I can cook a whole meal for 4 in it. It's so much lighter than cast iron and doesn't leave the nasty taste in your food that cast iron releases. My only regret? Not trying this pan sooner!! Makes great gift if the receiver likes to cook!

Perfect cooking finally!!
Love love love this high quality pan! We have a glass stove top and this cooks so evenly and for the first time in my 40+years cooking something is ACTUALLY NONSTICK!!! It is a VERY noticeable difference!

Good quality
Looks like a quality product and I look forward to using it. However, I would have preferred a glass lid that you can see through instead of the metal one.

Bit of a learning curve needed- but excellent pan!
The media could not be loaded. Our old Calaphon deep nonstick pan warped up.We needed a good deeper pan that was nonstick.I'm a researcher when I buy. Everything. After narrowing down to 3 pans - I pulled the trigger on these pans.It was actually a Christmas present to ourselves ( wife and I).First, it's packaged well. It's definitely got a bit of weight to it. The lid fits well and it's nice when cooking sausage or bacon instead of using our grease gaurd.A few important notes after using:You'll need more heat than you're probably used to.I cooked my kids pancakes in it. Typically, I set heat at 4-5. The first pancake took a long time to cook ( see the picture of light colored pancake). The second pancake I cranked heat to 8.Much better cooking time and better looking pancake ( I like crispy buttery edges on the pancakes).Pan heats evenly and lays flat on out glass cook top.My wife cooked eggs on it. First time...didn't turn out fluffy. Second time...upped the heat and much better eggs.So note...higher heat needed. You almost have to heat it like a cast iron pan.Cleaning is great! Rinse and soft sponge and it's clean.I've asked my wife never put in dishwasher. Many pans say they're dishwasher safe...I say it's the worse thing to do to pans. The nonstick is great. Very little butter or oil is needed. We have high grade stainless, expensive non- stick pans and griddles...this is definitely easy to cook with and much easier to clean.Oh...the nontoxic coating is a huge plus!(Blue looks great too!)
