Edit; I have changed my rating as this company has bent over backwards to solve the issue. Customer service means everything to me as well as a useful product. They sent me a second set with a smaller outside diameter, but they are too small. That's okay, they are being extremely helpful, and I thank them!I purchased these to replace a couple of O-rings on my pressure washer hose. I installed one onto the end of the hose and now it will not fit into either the pump outlet or the wand. The outside diameter of the o-ting is simply two large. I went to Home Depot and they had some and they work perfectly. waste of money.

We run our pressure washer at 170 to 180 degrees with around 3200 psi and so far these o-rings have lasted substantially longer than what we used to get from a local dealer. Often times we replaced the previous rings every 4 to 8 hours of use but these rings have lasted more than 20 hours on average, one of them is at nearly 40 hours of use already.

Perfect fit and on time still need to use hot water wash.

These O-rings are too fat for the hose connections on a power washer I tried these and first it was hard as hell to get the connections but then when I finally did get it, it leaked like crazy ,after I took it apart. This is what I found.
