At first I bought these for the kids which are teenagers. It holds plenty of food for them and is a nice sturdy bento that isn’t too “kiddish” for them. I liked it so much I ordered one for myself for work. The removable divider is easy to lose so due to other reviews we learned to take extra care not to accidentally throw them out but it would be nice if they could be bought separately just in case.

Unfortunately, it's challenging to find replacement parts or extra compartments for this specific lunch box model.To address this issue, I reached out to Bentgo's customer service for assistance in finding replacement parts, but the availability of spare parts seems limited. It would be helpful if Bentgo offered an option to purchase extra compartment pieces separately, as it would significantly extend the life of the lunch box and add to its value.Despite the setback with the missing pieces, the Bentgo® Modern 4-Compartment Bento-Style Lunch Box remains a hit in our household. Its overall functionality and leak-resistant design make it an excellent choice for anyone looking to pack meals conveniently and stylishly. Update 2: Despite buying this on Amazon, I reached out to the Bentgo customer support via email. They were quick to respond and send out a replacement box once I sent in the requested documentation of damage. I had my box on my doorstep 36 hours later. I’m incredibly impressed.Update to my initial review- I always hand wash these boxes, this one is used by my 1st grader so it’s not roughed up. It’s always packed inside of an insulated lunchbox and is never forced closed. And it’s one of a few she has so it’s not used even 5 days a week. Maybe 2 at the most as it’s not her preferred box. And after less than 4 months the back hinge just cracked right off. Didn’t even make a sound, just popped off so easily that I thought I would be able to reattach. But nope, broken. Very very disappointed.I purchased a few bentgo boxes last year for my kids’ lunches and they were wonderful. But as they grew the boxes weren’t large enough for the amount of food they wanted to take. So I snapped this up this year and it not only looks nice and sleek, and the handle is so pretty against the green color of the box, but it holds so much. I’m able to pack my 1st grader a proper lunch and not cram it in. We still pack a few snacks outside but it holds the bulk now. I also like that the adjustable divider has two options or can be fully removed for one large main space. Our silicone dividers we purchased separately fit nice in the other spaces and it seals perfectly.

This lunch box is very big and spacious! I am able to pack lots of food in it for lunch. The lunch box also comes with a removal divider which I love because I can separate my food as I want! There were many different color options that I could choose from as well! My food was also still fresh and warm by the time it was lunch. It is also leak proof! I packed curry one day and put the lunch box in my backpack where it was tumbling around and it didn’t spill at all! All the compartments are also detachable to make cleaning easier. Although I do think this lunch box is a bit heavier to my liking. Overall, this is a great lunch box and makes packing easy and fun!
