This was the best purchase I have made in a long time. The coffee pods that come with the machine let you explore what kind of coffee you can order and it comes with a coupon! It is definitely pricey, but worth it. As someone who loves lattes in the morning, this is fantastic. The compact size makes it good for a small kitchen and the brewing time is very quick! Another great thing is the container on the right side of the machine stores used pods. I can't say enough good things about this machine! I've been using it for a week straight, so far I have no complaints.

I was skeptical because of all the reviews but I Love it. It works great, looks nice, and doesn't take up too much counter space.

My husband and I were excited to receive this espresso machine based off of the reviews. It arrived in the evening so we followed the directions to set up and ran the water through the machine per the directions. Everything seemed fine, went to bed.The next morning my husband found water all over the counter around the machine. He refilled the tank, checked it was installed properly and continued his morning routine. He came back and thought it was fine so he made one espresso. That part worked just fine. But a while later I came into the kitchen and found the counter covered in water and the tank empty again. After cleaning up the mess, I added a small amount of water to the tank, watched nespresso’s own video on how to install the tank (it’s really not rocket science), and waited. Once again it leaked all the water out.Needless to say, we’re highly disappointed this machine seems to have a faulty tank sensor/plug or the machine is malfunctioning. My husband really enjoyed the one espresso it made, but this particular machine is malfunctioning so I’m returning it. I’m also pretty disappointed when I went through the return process I wasn’t offered a replacement, instead since we tried to use it, Amazon is saying we might not receive a full refund. If this is the case, I DO NOT recommend this product. We followed the directions (again not rocket science, but I still used the booklet and watched videos to resolve the issue on my own) and this particular machine is just faulty.I’ll update after receiving the refund on whether they take ownership of the malfunction or charge me.

Best purchase I’ve made all year

The media could not be loaded. The Nespresso Vertuo is amazing! When it makes a cup of coffee or espresso, etc. there is froth at the top. In my photos, with the glass, this is a double espresso. There’s a photo of the cup by itself to show the completed double espresso size. In the video, I could only get the start of the brewing to keep it under 30 seconds.The video shows how to insert the pod and how long it takes from when you put the pod in, how long it takes to start brewing. It’s fast.If you want to get the true experience of making cappuccinos or lattes, you might want to purchase a milk frother.The only downside for me is that the Nespresso machine doesn’t make the coffee as hot as I’d like it. But it’s hot enough.I like this size Nespresso due to the water tank is the largest out of all the models. The water tank is on the left and the area to catch the used pods is on the right. I love that the Nespresso pods are aluminum and not plastic and you can recycle them. Nespresso will provide bags to ship the pods to recycle them.We like the taste of the coffee, it’s brews nicely and there’s a variety of flavors to choose from as well as different sizes.
