This is a natural alternative for anxiety. I actually take double the dose and it doesn’t make me fall asleep. Takes a half hour to kick in. I don’t take this for sleep. I take it for panic attacks and anxiety.

Maybe just me, but I feel like these particular valerian drops taste diluted and overly sweetened. I have been purchasing different brand for years before they raise their price a lot but unfortunately, this product does not work for me.
