I was very excited to get the angry mama. Before reviewing I have tried several times with the same outcome. I did exactly what the instructions said everything time and made sure the microwave was on high. It doesn’t steam like it’s suppose to so therefore it doesn’t actually clean it. I’ll also add that my microwave is less than a year old so it’s not even that dirty but the splatters that are there it couldn’t even take them off. I would not recommend or buy again.

Followed directions on box and then even looked up to make sure I wasn’t missing a crucial tip or something - this was a joke. An absolute waste of time and money.

Have an original. Purchased this for my Mom. She and I both weren’t able to disassemble. Returned as defective. Thank goodness for easy return.

This did NOT work at all! I used it exactly as per instructions and all it did was BAKE ON the grime in the microwave so hard that I had to use a Scoth Brite scrubber to scour my microwave! Do NOT waste your money! Use a cut lemon in a cup of water for better results.

It is cute but unnecessary. Very hard to open.
