Likely one of the best purchases I've ever made as a homeowner. Shortly after moving into our new home, we had two incidents of water damage that cost us thousands of dollars. The remediation company told me about water sensors and I immediately bought about 30 of them, including this extension package. These Govee sensors are easy to set up, really LOUD when they get set off, and immediately alert us on our phone if we are out of earshot of the sensor. They have really saved us from further water damage on multiple occasions. I have one under every sink, toilet, fridge, washer, HVAC unit, water heater, etc. You can easily name them so you know which sensor is going off. Each gateway can have up to 10 sensors each, so I we have 3 gateways throughout the house. I cannot recommend these enough. Save yourself the headache and gain some peace of mind with these!

Setup is explained. I have these set up to alert both my husband and myself if they go off. We test them out on a regular basis.

When these go off, you can hear it all over the house—works perfectly.

Bought one set first and only one of the product from 5 worked. Easily returned and got second set and no issues. I was able to easily setup with app and when there was water ( bathroom cleaning) it made loud noise and got notification from app as well.

The first gateway module I received was bad. They sent me a new one withing a week, after I sent a video of the malfunctioning original module. The replacement Gateway worked as described. Initial setup was a little tricky, but I finally got it. Setting up the water sensors was easy.

Put these in various locations (under dishwasher, kitchen sink, toilets). Has detected and notified me of drips before major leak happened.

Put these all around my house. Pretty loud when the alarm goes off. Sustains the battery as well. Connects to iPhones easily

Great water sensors for any homeowner. Only wish is that they had a base station which would wake me up
