I think it’s helping

Only time will tell if my combination of vitamins has the right effect..
After a lot of reading, this is one of several vitamins that are purported to stimulate my internal stem cell growth, after a life time of not taking care of my body, and one close call too many, I've decided to start putting some effort into getting healthy. and I am aware of all of the negative feed back on vitamin supplements, but I think the answer lies in combinations.
