My FAVORITE cake flour
I've tried several brands of cake flour, but this one is my favored! It makes such a difference, especially when baking my go-to Sour Cream Pound Cake. The BEST cake flour on the planet!
My bakery specializes in springerle cookies which require cake flour. After the pandemic, I switched from Softasilk to Swans Down and have never looked back. This is America's #1 cake flour for a reason! Bonus that their boxes are still 2 pounds while Softasilk reduced their packaging.

A must for bakers
I have used this cake flour for years and it is a MUST for serious bakers. I use it in cakes, especially more delicate cakes like angel food cake. However I also use it in pizza crust for thin-crust wood-fired (or very hot oven with a pizza stone) type pizza. It definitely changes the texture of the crust. I used to be able to buy cake flour at my local supermarket but with all the gluten-free and other types of flours, they haven't had it for some time. I was so glad to see it here on Amazon, and the price is very good. Definitely glad to have a new source for this!

Not as good as usual!!
Swans Down Regular Cake Flour has been a staple in my kitchen for a long time. The fine, soft texture of this flour consistently produces generally light and fluffy cakes, pies, and pastries that delight my family during gatherings. I enjoy using it for classic recipes and experimenting with new ones, often involving my grandchildren in the process—it’s a wonderful way to bond. The 32-ounce boxes are convenient. However, for some reason, this 8-pack of cake flour produces very dry cakes. I'm not sure what happened. I have used it with many. many different recipes, and I always get a dry cake. I know the product is usually good, so I'm giving it 4 stars. I definitely lost my money on this purchase.

The best cake flour!
This multi-pack deal is an outstanding price, compared to the grocery stores. I always get great results in my cakes. Also is great for beer batters, because of the low gluten content.
